A more efficient engine for the 2019 Honda Odyssey
The 2019 Honda Odyssey is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that develops 280 horsepower; an increase of 32 horsepower compared to the Honda minivan’s previous generation. Power is routed to the wheels through a nine-speed automatic transmission in most versions while a 10-speed automatic can be found in the high-end Touring model. Thanks to a lighter structure and several other improvements, the 2019 Odyssey is also safer and more fun to drive than ever. It includes a range of advanced technologies as well to make life onboard easier and more enjoyable.
CabinControl

The CabinTalk system allows you to chat with the passengers in the rear seats without raising your voice using the speakers or headphones in the rear entertainment system.
CabinWatch
The CabinWatch function keeps an eye on passengers in the second and third rows of seats with a camera. That way, you know all the time what is happening behind you.
The 2019 Honda Odyssey also benefits from a new rear-seat entertainment system that is now equipped with a 4G LTE Wi-Fi feature. You can also use a public Wi-Fi or use your cellular data plan to stream videos online. The rear entertainment system is integrated into a 10.2-inch screen that also includes the “How Much Farther?” feature which allows occupants in the back to know how much time remains on the trip.
The 2019 Honda Odyssey is equipped with the latest technologies in driver assistance including Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS™), Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) and Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC).
