I’m literally having a horrible day, the straw that broke the donkeys back, my car started scraping as soon as I hit the highway. So I pulled over, investigated, found the issue and realized it was safe to drive slowly.
I remembered Ramsays… More Honda from driving by multiple times. I drive a Civic, who knows a Civic better than Honda. So I roll in, explain my situation, show the picture to the Service guy, Daniel was his name.
Daniel went over all my options with me, he got me in right away. He did everything in his power to calm me down, by explaining how long it will take, what they will do and offering as many options as he could possibly think of. He listened to me and understood what I was saying.
I was frustrated so I was struggling to communicate and he wasn’t bothered in the slightest he just jumped right in to help.
He showed Empathy & compassion for my unexpected situation.
The mechanic team obviously worked very quickly because I was in & out in under an hour.
The bill wasn’t nearly as terrible as I imagined and I’m a happy Customer.
Thank you guys very much. I hope I don’t have to see you guys for anything other that routine maintenance.
I wanted to give a shout out to Ramsay's Honda Service Crew. I was stranded in Louisbourg recently with a dead starter and when I called after 5:00 the receptionist answered the call and gave me permission to have my vehicle towed… More to their lot. The next morning they were able to complete the work and got me back on the road much quicker than I imagined possible with no appointment on a Friday going into the long-weekend. Very grateful for their amazing service. Thank you!
Their receptionist knows her stuff is all I can tell u about the place so far. If it's good there. It should be good all around. Ask for winter tires with the vehicle. They can make it happen.
Had my vehicle in for a last minute service today. The folks at Ramsey's were great to deal with and serviced my rig quickly and as they said they would. Hondas don't require a lot of service, but it's good to know that you… More will be treated honestly and professionally when you do.
